Our Neighborhoods
The town of Telluride consists of three basic areas: a downtown squeezed between two residential neighborhoods, the West End and the Gondola Area. ResortQuest Telluride offers more than 200 properties to choose from, all within walking distance of the lifts, shopping, dining, hiking and the gondola. ResortQuest Telluride offers accommodations in all three areas, including the East End, West End and Mountain Village.
East End / Gondola Area
 The East End / Gondola Neighborhood is located within three blocks of the free gondola accessing the Telluride ski area, the Town of Mountain Village and Lift 8. With only three blocks to downtown and just two blocks to Telluride Town Park, the area also offers convenient access to area shopping, dining, and entertainment. At the base of the Gondola, you will find lift ticket sales, rental equipment, a spa and more.
ResortQuest offers a varied selection of condominiums and town-homes in this upscale and conveniently close-in area of Telluride, including options in Riverside and Ghost Rider .
Riverside
 Careful attention has been given to comfort in these spacious one, two, and three-bedroom condominiums, located just two and one-half blocks from the Gondola/Lift 8 and the heart of downtown. This beautiful East End complex sits on the banks of the San Miguel River, with unobstructed views of the mountains, river and town.

Ghost Rider

West End / Lift 7 Area
 The West End / Lift 7 neighborhood consists of 87 condominium complexes, town-homes, and private homes, located primarily at or around Lift 7 at the base of the ski area in Telluride - including Cimarron Inn & Lodge, Double Diamond, Etta Place Too and LuLu City. Many condominiums offer convenient ski-in / ski-out options and are located on or near the River Trail. Amenities in this area include a ski rental shop, a lift ticket window and fitness center. All properties are within a 10-minute walk to downtown Telluride shops and restaurants and a five-minute walk to the gondola, or you may take the complimentary Galloping Goose shuttle.
Cimarron Inn & Lodge
 Cimarron Inn and Cimarron Lodge - located in the West End / Lift 7 Area - offer guests the ultimate in relaxation and convenience, with breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks and the valley floor. The challenging slopes of the Telluride Ski Resort literally reach to your front door. Choose from hotel rooms to four-bedroom condominiums.

Double Diamond
 The Double Diamond Condominiums, located in the West End / Lift 7 Area at the base of the Coonskin Lift, offer guests ski-in / ski-out convenience with spectacular views of the ski area. LuLu City
 LuLu City is situated just across from the San Miguel River and Lift 7 in Telluride. This large complex - located in the West End / Lift 7 Area - offers an outdoor heated swimming pool (summer only) and hot tub, along with covered parking. Our two-bedroom / two-bath condominiums sleep four to six people. Many cozy homes include steam showers, jetted tubs, ski lockers and washer / dryers.

Mountain Village — European Elegance
 Sitting mid-mountain and rising more than 9,000 feet in elevation, the European-style town of Mountain Village hosts rejuvenating spas, gorgeous lodges, world-class golf, and is the center for all ski school adventures and services. Connected to the town of Telluride by a 12-minute free gondola, Mountain Village is a great escape that offers some of the best sunsets and alpenglow around. ResortQuest offers more than 90 private homes and condominiums in Mountain Village Center, as well as the Blue Mesa Lodge, Le Chamonix , The Centrum, and the villages best ski-in / ski-out location at Telemark.
Le Chamonix
 These luxury condominiums echo a time of European elegance. Ideally located in the center of Mountain Village, Le Chamonix is slopeside and adjacent to the Children's Ski School and Nursery. The Blue Mesa Condominiums offer one- to four-bedroom, fully equipped condominiums, all within easy walking distance of skiing, the golf course and tennis courts. Also, enjoy Mountain Village's only authentic Italian restaurant, on site at the Blue Mesa, La Piazza del Villagio.
